Is WordPress supported on shared hosting?

Yes. WordPress can be installed from the Enhance control panel, with free SSL, backups, email, databases, and per-site PHP version control.

Do prices increase at renewal?

No. TekLan does not use introductory pricing that jumps at renewal. The price you order at is the price you renew at unless you change plan.

Can you migrate my website?

Yes. We offer free migration for eligible websites and can help plan DNS changes so downtime is kept low.

What control panel is included?

All plans include the Enhance control panel. It handles websites, email accounts, databases, DNS, file management, SSL, backups, and PHP version control through a single browser-based interface.

How many websites can I host?

The Entry plan supports one website. The Medium plan supports five. The Large plan has no website limit. All plans include unlimited bandwidth.

Is email hosting included?

Yes. All plans include unlimited email mailboxes. You can create addresses, set up forwarders, and manage everything from Enhance without a separate mail hosting account.

Which PHP versions are supported?

Multiple PHP versions are available and configurable per site from the Enhance control panel. You can switch versions without affecting other sites on the same account.

Do you include backups?

Yes. Automatic daily backups run on every plan. The Large plan includes granular restores so you can recover individual files, databases, or email accounts rather than rolling back the whole account.

Can I get SSH access?

SSH access is included on Medium and Large plans. The Entry plan uses the Enhance file manager and SFTP for file access.

What happens if my site needs more resources?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the client area. Upgrading is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
