What happens after ordering?
Your order opens an onboarding ticket. Tell us what you run and what you need help with; we confirm suitability, access and the work covered before starting.
For a time bundle, we agree the jobs first and ask for approval before work exceeds your four hours.
Clear scope, clear costs
These services cover the agreed maintenance or basic jobs. Hosting, servers, domains, backup storage and paid licences are separate. Redesigns, new features, major upgrades, migrations and extensive repairs are quoted separately.
Care plans do not include unlimited development or a guaranteed 24-hour incident response. Existing platform support remains available under your hosting plan.
