From link to payout
- Join. Sign in to the client area and open the affiliate dashboard to get your unique link.
- Share it. On your site, in client proposals, in video descriptions, or sent directly to people who need hosting.
- Sign-ups are tracked automatically. Orders through your link, and every renewal of them, are credited to you.
- Commission clears. Each commission is held for 30 to 60 days, until the refund window has closed.
- Get paid. Request a payout from the dashboard once your commission has cleared. We review it within 14 working days.
Affiliate Terms
By participating in the affiliate scheme you agree to the following:
- The affiliate system automatically tracks signups via the site. We will not manually alter these to speed up tracking or correct cases where your link was not used.
- There is a waiting period between signup and clearing, typically 30 to 60 days. We will not alter this period.
- Once funds clear, click to cash out and an admin will review within 14 working days. Do not submit a second withdrawal request until the first is complete, as doing so causes delays.
- Any fraudulent transactions will be deducted from future payouts or recovered via our legal team.
- You agree to us holding data about you regarding payments.
- You agree not to promote us in a way that could cause confusion, alarm, or imply we offer something we do not.
- Any suggestion that illegal activity is tolerated on our service will result in instant termination of your account, forfeiture of affiliate earnings, and possible legal action.
- We reserve the right to alter your payout time, percentage, or revoke access to the affiliate system at any time if we feel you are not suitable to represent our brand.
- We assume you are aware of any tax implications in your country. We will not offer financial advice.
- Do not market yourselves as working for or within our company. You may only use the term "affiliate". Implying employment or involvement within our company will result in instant termination.
- You must hold an active product with us to be eligible for payout.
Remember: you are promoting a service you use. You are not an employee and cannot make promises or claims on our behalf.
