Enhance is the control panel used for all TekLan web hosting accounts. You can reach it at web.teklanhosting.co.uk - log in with the credentials sent when your hosting account was provisioned.
The Dashboard
After logging in you land on the account dashboard. This shows your websites (with a live screenshot of each), a visitor chart with total and unique hits, your package subscription limits (disk, bandwidth, emails, websites), and an activity log of recent changes.
Account-Level Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to account-wide sections:
- Home - dashboard with usage summary and visitor chart
- Websites - manage all websites; also contains Import website for migrating from cPanel or Plesk
- Emails - view and manage all email accounts across all your domains
- Logs - access and error logs
- Packages - your current subscription, limits, and usage
- Users - invite additional users and manage their roles
- Integrations - connect Cloudflare (DNS sync) or Slack (notifications)
Website-Level Tabs
Click any website to open its management page. The tabs across the top are:
- Apps - install WordPress, WooCommerce, or Joomla
- Files - browser-based file manager and FTP/SFTP access
- Databases - create and manage MySQL databases and phpMyAdmin
- Emails - mailboxes and forwarders for this domain
- Domains - add domain aliases and subdomains
- Analytics - visitor statistics
- Backups - manual and scheduled backups and restores
- Security - SSL certificates, password protection, and security settings
- Advanced - PHP version, cron jobs, redirects, and other advanced options
Account vs Website Level
Some settings live at the account level (users, packages, integrations) and some at the website level (PHP version, SSL, email for a specific domain). If you cannot find a setting inside a website, check the left sidebar.
