The TekLan client area at client.teklanhosting.co.uk is where you manage billing, services, domains, and support tickets. This guide covers the layout so you can find what you need quickly.
Navigation
The top navigation bar has five sections:
- Dashboard - summary tiles and a list of your services, domains, invoices, and tickets
- Services - your active hosting, VPS, and other products
- Order - add new services to your account
- Domains - manage domains registered through TekLan
- Tickets - open and view support tickets
Dashboard
The dashboard shows four summary tiles at the top: Services, Invoices, Tickets, and Domains, each showing a count. Below the tiles the same information is shown in list form, along with a Transactions section at the bottom.
The sidebar on the right shows your account details, billing address, and a Contacts section.
Account Menu
Click the blue dropdown button in the top-right corner to access account-level options:
- Manage Account - edit your contact details, billing info, and security settings
- Payment Accounts - add or remove saved payment methods
- Contacts - manage additional contacts on the account
- Managers - grant other users access to manage your account
- Email History - view all emails sent to you by TekLan (invoices, welcome emails, password resets)
- Return to Portal - go back to the main portal if applicable
- Log Out
Services
The Services tab lists all your hosting products. Each row shows the Package, Label (usually your domain name), Term, Date Created, and Date Renews.
Click the chevron (▾) at the end of a row to expand it and see your login credentials - email address, password (hover to reveal), domain, and a direct Login link for that service.
Click the Manage button to open the full service management page, where you can view billing details, configurable options, and service-specific actions.
Email History
All system emails - welcome messages, password resets, invoices, and service notifications - are permanently stored in Email History (account menu → Email History). Useful if an email went to spam or was accidentally deleted.
